The contractual relationship between the Agency and the client is ruled by the following conditions, by the particular clauses agreed upon in the in the contract of the combined trip and by the information sheet detailing its definitive content.

The Agency will have no obligation to refund the client when the trip’s cancellation is due to “force majeure” or sufficient cause. The latter is defined as such circunstances unusual and unforeseeable which are beyond the control of the Agency, and which could not have been avoided even if all due diligence had been exercised.
